Refund policy
At Nik’s Bodywork®, your satisfaction is important to us. Each of our offerings—whether it’s a treatment, product, or experience—is designed to support you with intention and care. Please read our return and refund terms below:
1. Products (Essential Kit, Tapil Drops, Belly Mask, etc.)

All sales are final. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items are sold.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at admin@nikbodywork.com with clear photos and order details. We’ll review and offer a replacement or credit where applicable.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind.
2. Treatments (Prenatal, Postnatal, Lactation Massage, etc.)

Rescheduling or Cancelling
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred timing, subject to availability. -
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be considered a completed session and are non-refundable. -
No-Shows
If no one is present at your home when our therapist arrives, or if the session is cancelled without notice, the session will be counted as used. -
Feeling Unwell or Emergency
If you’re feeling unwell or facing an emergency, let us know as early as possible. A one-time compassionate reschedule may be offered at our discretion. -
Transfer Option
If you’re unable to continue your package, you may transfer any unused sessions to another person (limited to perinatal treatments only). Transfers must be arranged within 3 weeks of your last session.
