1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and dispatched.

2. Local (Singapore) Shipping

• Standard Courier: 1–3 working days after dispatch

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and weight of your order. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Delivery Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is on its way. You can monitor your delivery status via the courier’s tracking platform.

5. Delivery Issues

Nik’s Bodywork® is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your details are accurate before checkout. For missed deliveries or returned parcels, a redelivery fee may apply.
