Stagen

The Stagen is a key component in Nik’s Bodywork® postpartum recovery. It is a traditional garment designed to provide support and compression to the abdominal area, aiding in the healing process following childbirth.

Description:

• Made of breathable cotton, the Stagen is designed to wrap tightly around the belly, supporting the muscles and promoting proper alignment after pregnancy.

• It helps in repositioning internal organs and improving posture, contributing to faster recovery and muscle retraction post-birth.

• The Stagen can be reused multiple times, making it a sustainable option for postpartum care.

Usage:

• When to wear: After the first 6 days post-natural birth or after receiving medical clearance for a c-section, it can be worn continuously for the recommended duration.

• How long to wear it: Ideally, the Stagen should be worn for at least 12 hours a day, often during sleep for maximum benefit. It can also be worn for 2-hour stretches throughout the day, ensuring consistent support.

• Maintenance: It can be used for 10 consecutive days, with a one-day break in between applications if necessary. After 10 days of use, the Stagen can continue to be worn for maintenance or comfort.
